If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for refund or credit. With the exception of shipping errors and damaged or defective product, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides shipment tracking information with proof of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to Unique Fitness Concepts with freight prepaid.
As soon as your return is received by Unique Fitness Concepts and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our shipping costs are not included in the refund. We will issue a credit via the original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a check to your billing address.
Unique Fitness Concepts reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Please inspect all merchandise at time of delivery before signing receipt with driver. Note any and all damage with the delivery driver.
Instructions For Returns/Exchanges:
Before returning an order you must first fill out the return/exchange form. This form can be found on the back of the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip please email us at email@example.com to request a RMA (Return Authorization Number) and to receive the return/exchange form. Returns will not be accepted without completing the returns/exchange form and receiving an RMA number. The return/exchange form will ask for your customer information, order/invoice number, and to describe the reason for the return or exchange request. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800.978.3481 to request a return or exchange. We typically respond to all requests for a return or exchange within 1 business day.
Please notate the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box and include the return/exchange form on the inside of the box so we can properly process the package. Packages received without an RMA number or without the completed return/exchange form may not receive a credit until authorized. If you are returning a package via USPS please drop off the package at your local post office. If you are returning the package via UPS or Fedex please drop the package off at the carrier's authorized drop-off location.
We apologize for the inconvenience if you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Unique Fitness Concepts. If this is the case, we will email a label, schedule a pick up, or reimburse you for the shipping charges.
Once we receive the return package from you we will process the return/exchange within 2 - 3 business days. If we have any questions regarding the return or exchange we will contact you via email or the telephone number you provided with your original order. Items That Are Not Returnable
Unique Fitness Concepts does not accept returns of the following items:
- Dumbbells. Plates, Bars
- Any opened or used item that comes in close contact with skin including: Belts, Gloves, Pillows, Braces, Foot Products, Topicals, Massage Products, Towels, Headbands, Hot/Cold Therapy
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
All specialty products Unique Fitness Concepts sells are brand new. Each item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer's warranty.
