This heavy duty adjustable weighted vest is made from padded nylon and breathable mesh with four adjustable clip belts for a secure and comfortable fit.  Weights are removable in 1 lb. packs from 1 to 40 lbs. and are evenly distributed around the torso.  The vest features reflective binding for improved visibility and a convenient accessory pocket hold which holds a MP3 player (not included).
