A solid stance in any sport is the first line of offense & defense. It is what we are taught our first day of training, and a staple that often goes unnoticed by amateur athletes & fighters. The Perfect Stance by Stroops® aids athletes to be more aware of their foot position while moving laterally & forward. Whether in boxing, wrestling or any other form of fighting a solid foundation & stance are an absolute necessary to achieve any level of success.

Common mistakes that are quickly overcome after using the Perfect stance are; brining the feet to close together & crossing the feet. The Perfect Stance creates instantaneous feedback that the feet are out of position when resistance is lost between the feet. This feedback creates a synapse in the brain and as this occurrence is repeated your body creates a memory pattern and you begin to adjust in your movement patterns.

Aside from a basic aid, the Perfect Stance also assists in creating power in a forward step for a punch, or depth in a takedown attempt. This lower body drive is often what separates how deep your hips get under your opponent in performing a takedown.
