Complosive Speed L Bands System ::
Description:
The Complosive Speed L Bands involve many levels of athletic performance that include: specific speed training that is unique and effective with being an explosive athlete, an in-depth training program working on speed, explosion, balance, control and core strength.
The L Bands will condition and train your muscles to exert maximum effort. The bands help the athlete remain in an efficient running position while using leg muscles to generate force and power during a running or agility drill. Features adjustable nylon straps and thigh straps that close with Velcro. The rubber tubing provides resistance. Includes training/instructional manual. Available in sizes: S, M, L, XL, and XXL.
