We have a Secure Server with the highest level of encryption to make your ordering safe and sound. Your information is securely encrypted using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption protocol.
Upon acceptance of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information.
All orders are processed the same day and most of our products ship out right away. If we receive your order by 12:00 pm central time, your order will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm central time, weekends and holidays will be shipped out the next business day. No shipping to PO Boxes, please.
Please note some products ship directly from the manufacturer which may delay shipping time. Unique Fitness Concepts is not responsible for transit time of outside shipping providers. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with destination, particularly during peak periods.
Orders less than 150 lbs. take approximately 3 - 10 days (FedEx, UPS or USPS (United States Post Office) depending on destination in the contiguous US destinations.
Orders over 150 lbs. generally take 1 - 2 weeks for delivery and are shipped by a freight trucking service. We will inform you if an item will take longer than that.
Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. can take up to 3 weeks to arrive and will be subject to additional charges
Prior to signing the delivery receipt or freight bill, and before the driver leaves please verify the number of cartons in your delivery.
Please open, unpack and thoroughly inspect your shipment for any damage.
If damage or shortages are discovered, you must make a notation on all copies of the freight bill describing the shortage or damage in detail.
Your signature on the delivery receipt is an acknowledgement that the shipment was received in good condition and without any damage or shortage.
Tracking Info: We issue email order confirmations with tracking numbers via email within 24 hours of shipment for all UPS, USPS, and FedEx orders.
The credit card holder must sign for the item when it is delivered. All shipments will require the card holder's signature. These items are extremely heavy and are shipped by large freight trucks. These freight companies will only bring your product to the back of the truck (Curb-Side Delivery). Delivery persons will not carry goods beyond the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility to take the goods off the truck and into the home or office. Inside delivery and/or setup can be requested for an additional charge. Extra charges apply for lift gate service, inside delivery and/or set-up.
Additional charges may apply to all deliveries, even if "Free Shipping" is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances or other situations that restrict or delay delivery.
We often have Free Shipping offers on certain items. These offers are for items shipped to the contiguous US destinations only. The total price of the item will include the price of shipping.
Please note orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO may include additional charges. Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be charged additional taxes or import fees when your item(s) arrive. These charges initiate from the country of destination and are beyond our control. Please call us prior to placing your order for any questions regarding international shipments.
Shipping costs and price per unit of each item are deemed reliable. However, Unique Fitness Concepts, LLC reserves the right to re-bill any order due to a change in price of any item, and variances or mistakes in calculation of shipping costs.
