We do everything we can to make ordering online simple. You may return any item for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply call Customer Service at 800.978.FIT1(3481) Mon.-Fri. (8:30 am – 6:00 pm CST). You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred method of shipment.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please use a carrier that provides a shipment tracking information with proof of delivery. Returned items must be shipped back to Unique Fitness Concepts with freight prepaid.
As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a manual check to your billing address.
Unique Fitness Concepts reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product is returned damaged or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs only as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Unique Fitness Concepts does not accept returns of the following items:
- Dumbbells. Plates, Bars opened packaged Gloves and Belts
- Any opened and/or used DVD, Book or VHS tape
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
All specialty products Unique Fitness Concepts sells are brand new. Each item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer's warranty.
